*saw this in a recent e-mail. It sounds kinda yummy…..

1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup light cream
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus a pinch to garnish
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Pinch salt
3 ounces semisweet chocolate, roughly chopped
Whipped cream

Combine ingredients over medium heat until chocolate melts. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon.

Yield - 3 servings.

Work actually wasn’t too bad today. It went by relatively quickly, even though this was the longest shift I’ve worked so far. I took a half hour lunch though, so that could be why. Didn’t have too many rude customers, and I even got to train a new girl. I’ve been there for two weeks and I’m already a trainer. Yay me! But yeah, she seems really sweet ‘n I felt so bad for her because some rude ass old man went off on her for something that wasn’t her fault at all. It states clearly in the guidelines for Kmart that you can’t use your Employee Discount with a Credit Card but some people are fucking morons.

After lunch (when I went outside with wet hair and no coat to smoke) I started to feel like shit. My throat got really dry and I kept having to run over to the KCafe to get a drink of water, I could barely talk - and when I did, it was painful. I’m thinking my sister gave me her cold (she’s been talking like a man for days) but that coupled with my going outside with wet hair, and smoking more often than before because I bought short cigarettes.. is definitely taking a toll on me. I got home and realized I had a stuffy nose as well, and now I just feel crappy all over. It makes me mad ‘cause I was just thinking of how cute it’d be if I were sick and Jeremy came over to comfort me and make me feel better. Now he has the chance, but I won’t see him ’til tomorrow after work. -Sigh.-

God, I’m the biggest baby when I’m sick. lol. He just signed on and I’m like “Hunny, I’m sick and I miss you!” Waah. lol. It’s kind of funny how childish and clingy I get when I don’t feel well. And now he’s telling me that he doesn’t know about Tuesday either. Maybe I’m too attached, but this really sucks. I feel awful and all I want to do is snuggle up with my boyfriend. But I can’t because his stupid friend is back from the stupid air force and wants to hang out and spend stupid time with him. Ugh. I should’ve went after a guy who had no friends or family, lol. I’m such a baby. Blah. I’m trying not to be a bitch to him but it sucks that his parents are always getting in the way of us hanging out (even though he’s almost twenty years old) and now his friend is. Well.. I can understand his friend getting in the way, he’s in the airfoce and Jeremy never sees him.. but damnit, I don’t wanna wait ’til Thursday. =( I know he feels bad though, he’s telling me how much he wants to hang out with me too. Aw, he’s suggesting we both hang out with him. But.. I don’t wanna get in the way. He’s gonna talk to his friend. ..Aw. I have the best boyfriend ever. ^_^

Dollar had his first impromptu performing audience today. Dollar is only 11 months old and he is learning to lay down on cue, park out on cue, he will come to me and back away on cue, his feet can be handled extensively without a lead rope on him, i can stand behind him and pull his tail….lean on his butt….whatever…. without a rope or reaction from him, he will lunge out in both directions - changing directions and pace on vocal cue.

there 10-12 kids across the road today while I was riding Sassy, who did well today by the way. yes she tried me, but i handled her. anyway, when i got back home they all wanted to pet the horses so i brought them all over, let them pet all thhe horses - who were just standing around here and there saying “pet me, pet me”. I brought out Dollar and they all crowded around him, petting him, and he did beautifully. I am very proud of my little up and coming Steed………………”Cash’s High Dollar”. They just love him especially.

I promised them dthat when they come back during a little warmer weather, and with a little notice….I will saddle up Mama and Jubilee and let them take turns riding horses.

We also bought me a truck today, but we can’t pick it up until Monday. It’s yet got to be detailed, the glove box latch has got to be fixed, and new lenses put on the headlights as they are real cloudy looking. I have to take a little bit of paperwork back to them Monday. It’s a Dodge sport, 2001, charcoal gray, extended cab. I really like it. It’s a damn site better than the truck I had that my daughter totalled. I’m anxious to get it so i can start burning the roads up again…..heheh…..just kiddin’. The Dodge is my Valentines Day gift. har har har.

Amanda’s been down sick again with her kidneys. she has no insurance, but still really needs to see a urologist. I’m just worried about her. and this stupid jerk she’s with….mike………..he’s not very sympathetic to her needs. I don’t like him………….and I hope eventually she’ll see that he’s just not “all that”. He’s got a lousy, know-it-all attitude. I dont’ have any respect for him as he does not respect me as Amanda’s mother. I just don’t like him. Period. and I’m worried about my girl and whether or not he’s really taking care of her. Hopefully she’ll get things together in her life. Pray for her.

Nate and Britt’s baby is due just any moment, but she’s not gone into labor yet. she was due the 9th. He’ just bought himself a new truck too. He’s very proud of it as it’s the first vehicle he’s ever been able to buy for himself. He was able to pay cash for it and it’s a really nice truck. She gave him some grief over bpaying cash for it, but he deserved it. And they need two vehicles badly for the fact of having two babies. Ya’ll know how it is.
They’re having another boy……Liam Nathaniel. Nate’s middle name was after his dad, so Liam’s middle name is after Nathan. Their other boy is Evan Isaiah.
